Abstract :
This research adopts empirical approach to investigate structure features of employees´ silence in interests´ expressions (ESIE) and its coping styles. The result shows that in organizations, the interests of employees are related to four aspects: survival, development, relationship, and the interest of value inclination; the ESIE mainly are negative cognition; the ESIE includes: cognitive silence, defensive silence, helpless silence, and social silence, and its coping styles include five dimensions: depression, catharsis, adjustment, attack and settlement; based on further discussion on the relationship of ESIE and its coping styles and on the different demographic features in every dimensions and features, the research also shows that although employees often choose to be silent when faced with problems of vital interests, they still have commons, such as negative cognition and different coping styles, which is important to the management of human resources.
