Abstract :
The research team investigated the technology personnel and managers from photovoltaic enterprises in Jiangsu province by questionnaires from August to December of 2011. The paper establishes a Structural Equation Model of knowledge acquisition affecting technology innovation performance of photovoltaic enterprises (PV). The mechanism of model is verified by an empirical analysis based on the questionnaires. The results show that knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on technology innovation performance of PV enterprise. Technology capability has a part mediating effect between knowledge acquisition and innovation performance. Government behaviors have the moderating effect. Government R&D subsidies can stimulate R&D investment of enterprises with lever effect, and electricity subsidies can promote technology capability and innovation performance with driving effect, but the moderating effect of industry planning isn´t significant.
