Abstract :
Software as a service (SaaS) is one form of cloud computing services which is increasingly used by web-based applications. SaaS model using multi-tenancy architectural pattern running on the service provider´s infrastructure. However multiple tenants access the same application which is logically still unique for each tenant. SIMA is a web-based application for administering state-owned inventory in the local government in Indonesia. Re-engineering of SIMA into the SaaS model is necessary for this application can be used by many government agencies, so they do not need to build network infrastructure and providing hardware. In this paper we proposes a framework that is used to perform the migration process SIMA application into multi-tenancy model.
