Abstract
The increasing amount of information availability generated by government agencies, make the quality of information as a crucial factor for the effectiveness of a government organization. Most of government organizations are still experiencing problems due to a lack of attention to manage information. Solution to the problem of poor-quality information, can be done by making improvement to the process (process improvement). Process is assessed based on IQ requirements (IQ dimensions) in the perspective of tactical level management, which are mapped according to the literature, benchmarks, case study, and stage of information process flow.
