Summary form only given, as follows. Two awards are presented. 2013 Ronald V. Book Prize for the Best Student Paper: The program committee of the Twenty-Eighth IEEE Conference on Computational Complexity is delighted to present the 2013 Ronald V. Book Prize for the Best Student Paper to Aleksandrs Belovs and Ansis Rosmanis for their paper: "On the Power of Non-Adaptive Learning Graphs" The award is given annually to the most outstanding paper written solely by one or more students, and is named after theoretical computer scientist Ronald Vernon Book (1937-1997). 2013 Best Paper Award: The program committee of the Twenty-Eighth IEEE Conference on Computational Complexity is delighted to present the 2013 Best Paper Award to Daniel Kane for his paper: "The Correct Exponent for the Gotsman-Linial Conjecture" and to Ankit Gupta, Pritish Kamath, Neeraj Kayal, and Ramprasad Saptharishi for their paper: "Approaching the Chasm at Depth Four"
