Abstract :
This paper probes into the model based on senior Petri net and AOE network from the practical and feasible point of view, using the computer simulation method to determine the maintenance process, for the optimization of the virtual maintenance process. First of all, the model of virtual maintenance process based on Petri net and AOE network is explained. Secondly, the paper takes the virtual dismantling and assembling of a transmission box as an example, combining the two technologies, designing modeling methods and steps for the parts´ dismantling and assembling and analyzing the characteristics of the relevant time with the critical path method. The realization of the process of dismantling and assembling proves the effectiveness and advantage of the modeling method.
