  • Abstract
    Based on the equivalent force principle, hydraulic impactor principle and the motion characteristics were studied. According to the principle, a frequency controllable hydraulic impactor without changement was designed. The hydraulic impactor hit number was controlled by changement and impact energy and frequency were controlled by changing the rated pressure of system. The parameters of the impactor were calculated by MATLAB software programming. Finally, software AMESIM was used to build system modeling and simulation to verify the calculation results. As the calculation results matched the simulation results, it could be concluded that the impactor was reasonably designed.
