  • Abstract
    On the basis of analysing the central Huazhong HNC-22M system, the most widely used in our country with independent intellectual property rights, using the CNC code characteristics and the MasterCAM X6 5- axis general post processor file format, we detect MasterCAM X6 post-processing documents related processing information, so we propose 5-coordinate machine post-processing documents´ special machine tool axis type selection, axis address allocation, axis rotation vector plane, spindle pendulum length and axis offset Settings dialog processing method, in order to obtain suitable for HNC- 22M CNC system 5- axis machining program output. Not only this software MasterCAM X6 5-coordinate post-processing documents setting skills, have specific aim, but also have a universal significance.
