Abstract :
Fast high-precision leveling of Hydraulic Static Pile Driver Fuselage is the key factor for ensuring the construction efficiency and pile quality. To meet job requirements of hydraulic static pile driver, this paper designs a parallel control hydraulic control system based on the PLC large electro-hydraulic valve and the small diameter proportional directional valve, then, Establishes the mathematical model of the hydraulic system and executes simulation analysis, and the system stability conditions is obtained at last.
