Abstract :
In order to continue to improve its service, product quality and reliability, foundry process must pass the ISO90001 certification. In addition to conventional requirements, ISO90001 certification also need considering the two aspects of technology and management factors. The HCI effect of A company and B company´s 0.18μm CMOS process has been measured, the results showed that the quality system of different manufacturer still has some difference.
