Abstract
This study developed a tool to measure the level of information ethical sensitivity, and provided implications for more proper information ethics education by investigating information ethical sensitivity score of college students. For this, this study developed an information ethical sensitivity measurement tool which is focused on the sensitiveness, the first factor of the four component model of moral behavior that Rest suggested, and by applying, analyzed the actual level of information ethical sensitivity of Korean college students. As a result, the score of the students who learned information ethics was 16 which was 2 higher than those who didnt, and the average score of Korean college students was 15. Therefore, this study could conclude that information ethics education and related researches to improve the information sensitivity are required.
