  • Abstract
    As the tube blank of seamless tube heating furnace system has some characteristics, such as multivariable, nonlinear, large lag, cross coupling etc, to predict and control the outlet temperature of tube blank is always a difficult problem in the industrial circle, and which is the main factor that affects the quality of seamless tube. Base on the PCA method, this paper puts forward TLPCR method, and use it to establish the model that can predict final temperature of the tube blank. In the end, testing the model bases on the actual production data from baosteel. According to the check and error analysis indicate that the predicted error by model can satisfy the precision requirement of industrial application.
