Abstract :
All-optical multi-logic gates using external cavity single mode Fabry-Perot laser diode is demonstrated at the data rate of 10 Gbps using injection locking phenomenon. Power management issues are introduced for multi-input and supporting beam concepts, which are used for the realization of logic gates. Waveform and eye diagrams are presented to verify proposed logic gates.
