Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce our research activities for 8-degree CDC-ROADM systems with silicon photonics technology. We develop transponder aggregator (TPA) which is add/drop parts in CDC-ROADM systems and realizes CDC function between multiple input/output fibers and multiple transponders. After a brief review of the CDC-ROADM technologies for dynamic network systems, the TPA module details are described.
