Abstract
Ports in China are developing in an extremely high speed, but they are generally lack of cooperation, which leads to the problem of repeated construction, inefficient competition and so on. In order to solve this problem and help the ports group to plan the benign internal co-competition relationship, in this paper, the co-competition relations among ports are analyzed based on Social Network Analysis (SNA), and network modeling, network analysis, and network dynamic evolution method have been used. A network of ports co-competition relationship is presented in this paper, including building, analyzing and evolution stimulation of the network. The validity of the proposed method is tested with the example of Pearl River Delta ports group.
