  • Abstract
    The traditional joint operation analysis mainly resolves the personnel assignment problem with a few tasks. It can be combined with Petri nets model to solve the personnel assignment with a large number of tasks. The better assignment result considering overload balance can be achieved by introducing some heuristic rules. At last a simulation model is based on witness software to verify the above conclusions with a case study.
