  • Abstract
A provisionary research agenda is proposed to help understand how incentives help or disrupt the firm´s ability for value creation and capture in dynamic value network environment. We specify the characteristics of dynamic value networks and view them from the perspective of different compensation theories and then ask what challenges they pose to these theories and models.
