Abstract :
Considering the demand of various working status of slow dumping and fast return, a hydraulic system which can switch working conditions between large and low flow was designed. In the working condition of low flow, in order to achieve accurate casting, the two hydraulic cylinders were required moving synchronously and tracking a special displacement curve. Considering the circumstances that the traditional PID control method cannot meet the control accuracy requirements, a fuzzy and adaptive fuzzy-PID control algorithm was proposed. On this basis, the united model building and simulation of hydraulic system and control system was done by using AMESim and MATLAB. The simulation indicated that the fuzzy control was taken in the case of large deviations and the self-adaptive fuzzy-PID control was taken in the case of small, and that a high precise position tracking and synchronous control was achieved.
