Abstract
On June 7, 2012, our CIO walked our Kanban board with the management team. When he saw a low priority feature being worked on, he took it off the board and told them to stop. This was the first time he´d had an organization with the transparency and flexibility that gave him this kind of control. We provided the opportunity to empower our executives as much as our workers.
