  • Abstract
This is my personal journey of discovering how to provide value as a business analyst on an agile team. I will share some things that smoothed my path and some obstacles that slowed me down. And for the many BAs struggling with how they fit into this new world, I will also redefine the role of a business analyst as more than a requirements dictator. In closing, I will illustrate how BAs, as well as the rest of the team, can reap the benefits of broadening their roles and stepping outside of their role boundaries.
