Abstract :
The proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack operating temperature has non-linearity and large time delay characteristics, etc. The dynamic model of cell stack temperature is established at first, then the fuel cell power generation system temperature controller using dual heuristic programming (DHP) algorithm is designed.The simulation results show that the heuristic dynamic programming controller achieve the stability of fuel cell stack temperature control, it access an ideal control effect.
