Abstract
The future of banking tends to be achieved by strengthening the provision of home banking and the need to deeply know all kinds of cyber crimes associated with the banking industry. The research aims to explore the area of safety practices associated with the use of home banking by end users, and to know the perception of the users to the security risk. Against this background and demographic variables using: (a) gender, (b) age, (c) literacy seeks to characterize the behavior of the user. Tends to be noted that the use of home banking is important for financial institutions, in that it sets up operations with reduced costs compared to traditional management of physical banks, but also has advantages from the point of view of the user, reducing the time waiting for the service and also to allow a service that is intended to be fast and efficient, anytime and anywhere.
