Abstract
The lessons learned derived from the knowledge obtained by individuals as a result of their participation in the process of deploying software processes, must be shared among members of the organization. Document lessons learned helps to make the tacit knowledge that resides in people, in explicit knowledge facilitating information dissemination through the organization. Current methods focus on aspects of the lessons learned, feedback and information sharing, as a part of continuous improvement. However, many organizations do not provide feedback mechanisms for organizational learning with lessons learned. This article describes the method MEDEPRO focused on identifying lessons learned as a result of implementing processes. Likewise, an analysis of the results of identification of lessons learned process deployment experiences.
