Abstract :
As part of the markets globalization, competitiveness has become one of the key variables to be considered by the organizations. Become more competitive usually allows better dividends for organizations. To achieve this, it is necessary to improve the quality of the offered services. In response to this, the processes development has become a required practice in organizations seeking to efficiently manage available resources in order to offer its customers better services. This paper shows a method for establishing service processes in Information Technology Services-Oriented Organizations. Besides, a case study is presented.
