Abstract
It is common evaluate the electrical equipment conditions by measuring its operational mode characteristics or by the measuring the parameters of fault (emergency) and normal states because the electrical devises are suffered from short circuit currents after emergency. It becomes one of ways to damage the equipment due to rapid and slow changes in level of insulation and conductors of the electrical equipment. It is possible to reduce downtime and the damages or to prevent the faults conducting the emergency maintenance while evaluating the operational conditions of the electrical equipment on time. The main aim of this article is to develop the method for evaluating electrical equipment operational conditions using parameter of emergency (fault) and normal states.
