Abstract :
Based on uniform design method, correlations between five flux components and Sn-9Zn/Cu wetting were studied. Take lauric acid, propylene glycol, decanol, polyethylene glycol 2000 and zinc chloride as independent variables Xi, wetting spreading area as function Y in the experiment. Every variable is divided into fifteen levels. Using computer software UST4.0, the experimental data were gradually statistical regression analyzed and a polynomial equation was obtained. The result of variance analysis showed that the polynomial equation is significant. The results showed: the interaction term of lauric acid X1 and polyethylene glycol 2000 X4, or lauric acid X1 and zinc chloride X5 was positively related to the wetting spreading area Y; the interaction term of propylene glycol X2 and zinc chloride X5 or decanol X3 and zinc chloride X5 was positively related to the spreading area Y too. The first order term of propylene glycol X2, the interaction term of lauric acid X1 and propylene glycol X2, quadratic term of decanol X3, and quadratic term of zinc chloride X5 was negatively related to the wetting spreading area Y. The results also showed the trend graphs which indicate the influence of five flux components on the wetting spreading area visually.
