Abstract :
For power lithium battery pack assembly manipulator quick accurate positioning lithium battery layer groups demand, put forward a kind of stepping motor s-shaped speed curve control method, combined with a laser sensor, to precision positioning power lithium battery layer groups X, Y axis .Finally, the laser sensor experimental results prove this method can be used in lithium-ion power battery pack assembly manipulator effectively with high accuracy and nice stability.
