Abstract
One of the most important and useful things that humanoid soccer robots need is the ability of decision making and choosing the best ability to reach a goal in different situations. This article presents a method for the best performance (action), faster ball possession and better ball control using fuzzy rules and rule-based expert systems. Choosing the best performance based on the field information including ball location, distance to the ball, angle toward the ball and etc, provides a way to have the best performance (action). In this article, we store and register the game information with putting the ball into different positions and then controlling choosing the best action for humanoid soccer robot by the expert person. Then we change these information to a rule using fuzzy rule generator so that the robot decision making is done by entering these rules into an expert system.
