Abstract :
This paper presents the design of a Switched-Capacitor FSK demodulator fabricated in a 0.5μm CMOS process. The demodulator will be a part of a system designed to control induction motor in which the information is transmitted through the power lines. The system will also, allow a protection against insulation faults. The circuit designed and fabricated was preliminary tested, generating the test signals with the command system implemented previously in an FPGA. The contrast of the simulation and experimental results show the well functioning of the FSK demodulator.
