Abstract
Currently, millimeter and sub-millimeter electromagnetic radiation is commonly used in scientific investigations, industry, medicine and other fields. In order to study all sides of effects discovered experimentally and extend theoretic base it is necessary to carry out thorough theoretical research of processes that occur while objects electromagnetic irradiating. The problem of determination of electromagnetic field distribution inside an illuminated object is actual and important, particularly for radioelectronic equipment reliability.
