Abstract :
The measurement of the complex permittivity (CP) of liquids is in demand in various fields of science and technology. For example, in a review paper are numerous practical examples of measurements CP absorbing liquids, which primarily includes water and aqueous solutions of various substances. We are developing a method to solve the dielectrometry problem to control natural liquid products. In particular, it was shown that the dielectrometry method is more effective in comparison with known methods of detection of wine and juice dilutions with additional water. The basic requirement for monitoring natural liquid product is a high differential sensitivity of the device, that is, the ability to distinguish small amounts of added substances in aqueous solutions.
