Abstract
Ground-based SAR, which uses a rotated antenna to form the synthesize aperture, is used to detect the small static objects on the ground. The high resolution image algorithm is proposed based on Range Doppler imaging method, and the range cell migration is analyzed. A range migration correction kernel function in azimuth frequency domain is formed based on the analysis of the formation of range migration; the simulation results show that the algorithm is efficiency.
