Abstract :
More and more attentions are being paid on space detection in terahertz range. The information of deep space and the Earth can be extracted from the observatory datum in terahertz range. The rapidly increasing space debris is heavily threatening the safety of the space vehicles. The small, high speed kinetic kill vehicles with super manoeuvrability also threatening. Ballistic missile warheads had got high penetration by being accompanied with decoys. Spaceborne terahertz radar systems with much smaller volume and power consumption can offer much higher ranging resolution, transverse resolution and feature extraction ability. It will be potential in space early warning and defence.
