Abstract :
Uncertainty of measurement time is the difference between nominal measurement time and real measurement time of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver. It hasn´t been paid much attention in common GNSS error analysis area since it can be cancelled in positioning solution algorithms of receiver. However, in some application such as GNSS monitor station, the raw measurements are required to send out. Any other errors brought by receiver such as uncertainty of measurement time must be measured and eliminated. The clean raw measurements can make the ground control segment to better estimate the orbits of navigation satellites. In this paper, the factors of generating uncertainty of measurement time are introduced first. The influence on the pseudo range accuracy, position precision and Real-time kinematic (RTK) are analysed. Then two basic assessment methods are proposed to test this error. Experiments results are given at last to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
