Abstract :
This paper proposes a new dynamic and reconfigurable M2M wireless network, which is aimed to be applicable for medical system and for emergency situations. We identify issues for realising efficient operation of applications on the proposed system, and show our technical solutions. In particular, we propose to introduce new metrics for managing the wireless network, which are enhanced user QoE. With these new metrics, the network can cover more applications running with higher sufficiency level of quality. We also propose other elemental techniques for the proposed system: the multiple layer sensing for obtaining the enhanced QoE metrics; the channel access mechanism for achieving the enhanced QoE sufficiency of each traffic; network topology reconfiguration and optimisation. Finally we show a proposed architecture of the system.
