  • Abstract
    Virtual labs in control system education have been developed using different technologies and pedagogies. We review the best practices followed in control systems virtual labs and propose an innovative approach from technological and pedagogical perspective to implement a virtual lab with remote triggered hardware. We discuss the features of, and experiments which can be carried out in, the advanced reactor virtual lab which is in the process of development.
