Abstract :
The learning process can now be described as targeted joint activities of the teacher and students in the educational environment. Education - a purposeful process of bilateral activities of the teacher and the student in the transfer and assimilation of knowledge. Development of Personal Learning Environment in virtual reality plays the key role.
