Abstract
One of the promising ways towards the environmental safety of the energy conversion realized by a pulse converter is connected with the possibility to adapt the dynamics of the converter to abnormalities of different nature. But it means necessity to analyse the uncertainty zone near a bifurcation boundary, to analyse the operating process stability margin and to analyse the probability of abnormalities. The coordinated view on these points is proposed in the approach to the adaptation based on the fractal forecasting and the bifurcation tuning.
