Abstract :
It is an issue in the oil storage measurement that the displacement of the oil tank could cause the metering distortion of oil storage capacity. Thus, the online detection of the oil tank storage capacity is studied to handle this issue. By analyzing the tank displacement in longitudinal tilt and lateral deflection, the oil storage capacity calculation model in the tank displacement state is given. The model of the displacement parameter identification is established using Least-squares Method, their parameters are obtained using Monte Carlo algorithm. The tank capacity table is calibrated using the filtered data, and the model has been further optimized. The simulation results show that the proposed method is practical and reliable, and could improve the measurement accuracy of the oil reserved in the tank displacement state. It is of vital importance that oil reserves information is controlled in realtime in order to implement precise POL support.
