Abstract :
A noncausal least-mean-squares (LMS) adaptive canceller for interference canceling of passive coherent location (PCL) radar is presented in this letter. The canceller is similar to a filter or estimator to minimize the difference between the echo and weighted reference signals. Considering the phenomenon of fractional delay (FD), which is inevitable in practical application, a noncausal LMS (NCLMS) algorithm based on the interpolation theory is presented and its benefits are validated by numerical simulating and experimental data.
