Abstract
Target analysis and selection are of great importance in military planning. In this paper, In order to optimize the attack process against targets with complex relationships and high dynamic features, military targets and their relationships are described as a system of systems(SoS). Then the dynamic reaction of SoS when it is under attack and the complex relationships existed in SoS are modeled by the Dynamic Bayesians Network. At last, the model of target-attacking course of action under resource constraint is presented, and a genetic algorithm based method is proposed to solve it. For the evaluation, a military example is studied to illustrate the efficiency of our method. The results show that the method is steady, and efficient enough to support the generation of attack course of action.
