Abstract :
Aiming at the nonlinear time variable property of the copper electrolysis rectifier system, this paper puts forward the new controlling means to optimize copper electrolysis rectifier system by using improved fuzzy immune PID algorithm based on the investigation and analysis on the situation and tendencies of high-power electrolytic equipment home and abroad. Simulation and experimental results proves that the algorithm used is an effective and advanced control algorithm.
