Abstract :
I welcome you to the second Global Conference on Consumer Electronics-Japan (GCCE 2013). This conference was planned by Professor Hase from Japan and me. This conference is modelled on the long established (over 50 years old) IEEE Consumer Electronics Society´s flag-ship conference, the ICCE in Las Vegas. It is held in conjunction with the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and in Japan we have the support of the CEATEC, for which we are very grateful. Such co-operation allows delegates to attend a very important consumer electronics show, and attend our conference.
