Abstract :
A broadband rectangular waveguide calorimeter is fabricated to establish a reliable mm-wave power standard in the frequency range from 110 GHz to 170 GHz. Two types of mm-wave power meter are calibrated using this calorimeter and their calibration factors are reported with their uncertainties. Uncertainty calculations are based on the Monte Carlo method.
