Abstract :
We report on a terahertz-wave generation and detection system based on parametric frequency conversion in MgO:LiNbO3. The terahertz-waves are generated by a high peak power, narrowband and tunable injection-seeded terahertz-wave parametric generator, then, detected as up-converted near IR beams by PIN PD.
