Abstract
This paper reports a study on disaster response robots that would be built in and institutional problems that should be solved for evolution of promising unmanned construction system. This study has been conduction as part of the Council on Competitiveness-Nippon 2012 project [1]. First, this paper presents importance of promising unmanned construction system. Secondly, are presented technologies to be developed for the promising unmanned construction system. Finally, we propose disaster response robots and describe the institutional problems.
