Abstract :
The experimental evaluations of retransmission meter signal frequency and phases shift measurements are considered. The maximum posteriori probability method is used. The software for the experimental evaluation has been designed on the basis of FPGA ALTERA CYCLONE II using NIOS-II soft processor core in VHDL. Densities of probability distributions are given for signal frequency and initial phase measurements defining random inaccuracies for this system.
