Present state of the union in your respective cmmtries in regards to educational, research, govemmental, and industrial initiatives to boost IC and FPGA design sectors, and how it can or cannot be a role model for the region. 2. Show one or two first-hand good and bad experiences or case studies how a startup or research institute flourished or went bust through govemmental or priva te sponsorship ( easier loans, subsidies, or state-sponsored projects, etc.) or lack of them. 3.
