Abstract
This paper introduces a method to combine temperature, gas and pressure sensor to a system on a chip. The sensing elements are single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT). CNT has excellent resistance changes when the condition changes. Thus, based the I-V curve, the resistance changes are measured. There is a typical issue using CNT to measure the temperature and the gas since both factors have effects to the resistance. This paper provides an interesting method to fix this problem.
