Abstract
In this paper a new approach to lane marker detection problem is introduced as a significant complement for a semi/fully autonomous driver assistance system. The method incorporates advance line detection using multilayer fractional Fourier transform (MLFRFT) and the state-of-the-art advance lane detector (ALD). Experimental results have shown a considerable reduction in computational complexity.
